Getting Started 1. Register with Wrightwood Mortgage. Take a minute to register with Wrightwood Mortgage. 2. Review This Week's Rates and the Program Overview. To get a better understanding of our loan program, review this week's rates, the program overview and the fixed fee structure.
3. Contact a Broker Executive. Contact us first so we can ask the hard questions and determine if the project works in our program. We generally require an income and expense statement and a rent roll to perform the preliminary analysis. Your Broker Executive will get back to you within 2 hours to confirm if the property meets the required debt service coverage ratio (generally, net income divided by yearly interest and principal payments). 4. Loan Applications. Ask your Broker Executive to send you the required Loan Application forms or you can download the forms by clicking here. Delays in collecting the required forms could cause lost time in closing the loan. Our responsibility is to get the loan processed, underwritten and closed in a timely fashion, so please do your best in delivering the documents in a complete, timely fashion. 5. Loan Process.
