Fees
Note: Fees are paid out in 3 stages as the loan goes through
processing
- When borrower signs the Conditional Commitment Letter,
For apartment buildings Appraisal fixed fee of $2,000 for 5
units to 1,000 units paid at time of and in order to register
the loan and lock the rate.
- After borrower has signed and returned Conditional
Commitment Letter: a) Full Inside and Out Termite
Inspection. Check with your Loan Coordinator for applicable
States. This report is not required for all States. Please
send a clear copy of report to your Loan Coordinator.
- Fees paid at closing: (i) Origination fee paid to referring
broker (ii) title work (iii) impound for taxes and insurance (iv)
$1,500 underwriting fee
